What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 7 days if goods are faulty or we have sent you the incorrect order. Please ensure you order the correct size and do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance with measurements.

Are my details safe when shopping on your website?

Any transaction processed on our website is protected by Stripe, our merchant. If you elect to order online, we will ask you to enter your card details as part of the ordering process. These details are encrypted using a SSL secure server before sending and are only ever processed in this encrypted format. We will never store your card details under any circumstance.

Do you use animal leather?

All our products that have any sort of leather will be made from faux leather which is a soft chrome tanned smooth leather that does not come from animals and is man-made - this is the most durable type of leather after animal leather.

What other materials do you use?

Other products are made from polyester and cotton - the percentage of this varies between our products.

I can't find my size?

Please use the contact tab and we will be happy to help you with any enquires.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This is dependent on your location but we advise around 10 working days for your order to be delivered once dispatched, this is because all our garments are custom made to size.

What is an 'oversized' fit?

Our oversized tees are around 30cm longer than a regular fit t-shirt.

Can I pay with PayPal?

PayPal payments are also accepted! Please send us your email with your order so we can send you an invoice.

Do you provide a tracking number?

We provide tracking numbers for all orders upon customer request-please send us a message using the contact page with your order number to be provided with your tracking information.

Can I amend my order?

Although orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours. Should you need to amend your order please contact us to arrange this as soon as possible in hopes that we have not already dispatched your order.
